H-1B cap is reached!
The H-1B visa program is used by U.S. businesses to employ foreign workers in an occupation that requires specialized knowledge. There are only 65,000 visas limited each year and 20,000 for visas filed under the U.S. advanced degree exemption. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced today that the H-1B cap has been reached for fiscal year 2015. If your case is not subject to the cap, then USCIS will continue accepting and processing those cap-exempt petitions. Please visit the USCIS website to see whether your case is cap exempt. www.uscis.gov
