Temporary Protected Status (TPS) Extended for Somalis

The Secretary of Homeland Security extended the designation of Somalia for TPS for an additional 18 months going through September 17, 2015.

In order to re-register, Somali beneficiaries must do so during a 60 day period from November 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. Along with the Application for TPS, you must submit the Application for Employment Authorization.
