Wait! DHS Not Accepting Expanded DACA Cases!

Important DACA Update

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will NOT be accepting requests under the expanded Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) cases that were set to start on February 18, 2015.   DHS suspended the expanded DACA and Deferred Action for Parental Accountability (DAPA) programs due to the temporary injunction that was issued by a U.S. District Judge on February 17, 2015.

The original June 2012 DACA program is NOT affected by the temporary injunction, and applicants who are eligible under the original DACA are still able to file per those requirements.
